I used this app daily to calculate how long I should allow for metro travel to the commuter train. A few weeks ago it started giving me an "unable to route" error message every time I used it. I have deleted and re-installed and still no luck.

Used to be able to check schedules/delays - now it just says unable to route station to station

This USED to be a great app. But the train times and routing information hasnt worked for weeks. So like the title says, it used to be great, but now its basically useless.

As a new resident I found this app extremely useful and awesome. But since the latest update it doesnt map your route anymore - its so frustrating- please fix this app! It was soooo great now its like having a third nipple - just uselessness:(

This app is completely useless if you dont live exactly along one of the metro lines apparently. All I wanted to do was find out how long it took to go from Point A to Point B and it doesnt want to tell me that because I live at Point C. But who cares whats at Point C? Stupid app.

I like this app when it works. Unlike other apps such as Metro Times and MetroMinder, this one regularly indicates its "missing data" rendering it useless. The developers should fix the interface with Metros data.

Why does this app not update anymore? I cannot get a travel schedule anymore. I cant get proper departure times or trip total times! It tells me unable to try bus routes or another time. If I try another time to use it gives the same error! What have you done to my favorite app??? How am I supposed to plan my trips around and to-from work? Fix please!!!!!

No more scheduled train departures. Many stations dont have accurate times from the boards.

I have put in many different places in the DC area and it always says it cannot calculate the route. Ive tried all times of the day and even gone to the website, found a route I know is working and tried to put that into the app. It still said it couldnt calculate and I should change to a different mode or change the time. Ive never once gotten a result with this app.

Routing never works on iPhone 6s+. Cant request times for specific trip. Says service not running.

Used to be a great app. Now it fails to route a trip.

This app doesnt seem to have been updated since it was developed as the metro map doesnt include the Silver Line at all although it has been operational for more than one year.

This is the perfect app for you if youre blind... The text could not be any more annoyingly large

Formerly-great app that dropped the train schedule (yes, there is such a thing) so you cant schedule trips or see when a train is supposed to be there; it thinks no trains are in service, though it shows "live" data from station boards. The decent push-alert feature that tells you when theres a service problem is the only reason Ive kept this app. MetroMinder & DCMetroHero are better live-data options.

You know your app is an epic fail when WMATA routes you perfectly but your app fails miserably! Going from Union Station to E St NW, the app told me it couldnt route me...unless I allowed buses; I clicked to allow bus routes: it told me it couldnt route me. Theres always a route, developers! Your app is routed towards failure & utter obscurity.

This app used to work fine but has stopped working as many other reviews have indicated. Several emails into support without a reply. Anyone there???

What once was a great resource and useful tool no longer works. It fails to update, unable to plan routes. The only saving grace is the GPS of where you are in the system. I am guessing the developer has let his API key lapse or has run over its allowance either way this app is not worth the time to download if you ride the dc metro system.

Downloaded this app for a second time in hoping that it had improved & instantly became disappointed. Trying to map & time train routes then bus routes and the app said "unable to route" why?! Fix that!
