Doesnt work

I have put in many different places in the DC area and it always says it cannot calculate the route. Ive tried all times of the day and even gone to the website, found a route I know is working and tried to put that into the app. It still said it couldnt calculate and I should change to a different mode or change the time. Ive never once gotten a result with this app.
