Suddenly Stopped Working??

Ive been using this app for years and all of a sudden, it stopped working! Now it says that I have it in Subway Only Mode and when I try to take that off (despite not believing it was ever on), it says I need to try another mode and it basically just bounces me back and forth between different modes while still refusing to work. Im very disappointed because I really do think this was the best app for DC Metro, looks like Ill have to search elsewhere...
